The Quality Of Life In The Community. Due to the support and size of the organization, they can offer equal opportunities and improve the quality of life for children in the community. Statistically, UNICEF operates in more than 140 countries (Frieden, 2020). Throughout all these countries, the organization has offices through which they evaluate and initiate their services. They develop a hands-on approach through which the quality of life can be increased ("Health management," 2020). They will help one of the causative agents that increase the ability of the company to provide equal opportunities. Also, UNICEF offers continuous services aimed at reducing the mortality rate of children. In this case, I will work with UNICEF towards achieving the goals and objectives set by the organization. In the past decade, UNICEF has been making efforts to bring gender equality through different forums (Frieden, 2020). For instance, the various scholarships given out by the company are more centered on giving equal slots to both boys and girls. In many states, there is a misconception that perceives boys as being better than girls in so many aspects. UNICEF has created an equal ground through which both genders can relate well. Besides, the organization has had years of practice and experience in dealing with enacting strategies that consider children's rights (Frieden, 2020). As such, they have developed competency over the years, which is needed in working to fulfill the existing objectives.
